The Benefits of Colorful Foods - Part 1
Color is an essential food, and color starvation is a most distressing condition.
Color Balance is as necessary for us as nutritional balance, or air for our lungs.
We are sensitive to the color of foods, because color cues our body as to which nutrients a specified foods contains.
The color tells us which foods have the nutrients we need. There is an essential connection between the vibration rate that a particular color has, and the pattern of nutrients a particular food provides.
The appetite will be increased or decreased by its color.
