Clean Your Crystals Regularly

Published by patricia under Crystals

There are several methods for cleansing. Choose the one that is right for your crystal.

Most tumbled stones and single points are happy being washed under flowing water, but soft, friable crystals or mica-based ones should never be immersed in water and this can harm clusters too. Selenite is water-soluble and will eventually disappear if washed.

When cleansing crystals, hold a strong intention that all negative energies will be transmitted and the crystal will be re-energised and ready for use again.

If you live near the ocean, you can take advantage of the natural surroundings and immerse suitable crystals in seawater (placing them in a washing basket or mesh bag) for an hour or two. After they have soaked in seawater, the crystals will need to be rinsed in pure water,

If you don’t live near the ocean, place a handful of sea salt in a bowl of water – works equally well.

Crystals can also be held under running water for a few minutes.

Make sure you allow your crystals to dry naturally in the sun.

Use Crystals For A Safe Working Space

Published by patricia under Crystals, Dreams

Clear Quartz dispels the static electricity that is often found in offices and that contributes to sick-building syndrome – a state where the energies in a building are so bad they create disease amongst the occupants.

A large Smokey Quartz creates a protective bubble that keeps you free from other people’s stress and frustration.

If your own job is stressful, keep a piece of Rose Quartz or Amethyst handy and hold this whenever you can. It will calm your energies and disperse them safely.

Wearing an Aquamarine has the same effect.

Crystals For Improving Teamwork

Published by patricia under Crystals

If you work as part of a team, Yellow Flourite supports co-operation between team members, so does emerald.

Tiger’s Eye aids the reaching of goals. Pink Chalcedony helps resolve conflict and smoking quartz draws off any negative energies.

There are other crystals such as Jasper Lapis Lazuli, Rhodonite and Sugilite that helps resolve conflict.

When there is bickering or criticism or communication problems try placing Aquamarine or Sodalite in the room. Sodalite is useful for changing attitudes.

If you find it difficult to express your ideas to colleagues, wear a Sapphire, or if taking constructive criticism is difficult for you. Citrine will allow you to be open to this.

Serpentine facilitates where compromise is needed`
